I met Kathy on my first day at Citizen's Insurance Company. Her smile brightened the snowy day. We only just met when she offered me the option to stay with her in Howell or drive home to Macomb Township. I declined the offer which I should have kept because it took me 7 hours to get home that day. Kathy and I spent many hours studying for our CCM exam. We would laugh and cry about the difficulty of the practice questions. On the day of the exam, we came upon a Priest, who blessed us. This helped us pass the exam. Kathy would always encourage me to go out and search for a partner. Kathy had alot of frog stories prior to meeting Mike. From our emails/phone calls/ and meetings here in Michigan, it sounded like Kathy was happy. She and Mike did some traveling, which she enjoyed. I will always miss my dear friend. We shared many moments. I often think pleasant memories about Kathy. She is a strong lady who fought a courageous battle throughout all of her struggles in life. Your Friend, Joyce
